That's why we are proud to announce that all of our urns are certified according to ISO standards 9001:2015, 14001:2015 and 45001:2018.

Premium urns from the finest quality materials
All Pulvis Urns are made with porcelain clay, a natural material made from a combination of three minerals: quartz, feldspar and kaolin, mixed with water.
The clay we use is locally sourced from Bulgaria, a decision made to minimize transportation emissions and support local economies. By choosing this clay, we not only ensure quality but also contribute to a lower CO2 footprint. We set ourselves a daily challenge - to find materials for our urns as close as possible to our factory, ideally less than 100km away. Pulvis Art Urns haven’t been around the world three times before arriving at your door !
The supply of raw materials also applies to the rest of the elements used in our handmade urns, all locally sourced in Bulgaria.
Slow Design. Where time is a value on the rise.
Since 2017, the year Pulvis Art Urns was founded, all the brand’s memorials are distinguished by the process of handcrafted elaboration followed by each one. A process involving sculptors, artists, technicians, painters, decorators …countless hands that, one by one, leave their mark, an almost imperceptible stamp that makes them absolutely exclusive.
The elaborate process of each new model takes months, and sometimes even more, evincing that here at Pulvis, time, contrary to the prevailing speed of the present moment, is a key factor and a warranty of the quality, attention to detail and worth of our urns for ashes.
The mind, the heart and the hands of each one of the artisans who intervene in the process come together harmoniously in pursuit of the finest result. Because our goal is not to create more but to create better. We are not after a disposable object but one that will last in time. Many of our memorial urns, are passed down from generation to generation and so have more than one life.

REUSE, REDUCE, RECYCLE
Minimizing our environmental footprint by responsibly managing energy, water, materials, and transportation is not only a current practice but also a cornerstone of our ongoing commitment to enhance sustainability. For example, in the creation of our pieces, we use gypsum plaster molds, in which the liquid clay is poured. Once the use life of our molds is over, they are treated by a waste management partner which works to reuse them in various ways. Like the majority of materials made from combining minerals, if the chemical composition of the plaster is not altered in the process, it is infinitely recyclable. Similarly, the water utilized in our urn manufacturing undergoes thorough purification, eliminating all solid sediments. Once treated, the water is returned to the system in a pristine state.
ECO PACKAGING
In 2023, we took another significant step towards sustainability by introducing entirely eco-friendly packaging. Our packaging is crafted from 100% recycled cardboard, ensuring that even after its use, it continues to contribute positively to the environment.

Renewable Energy
30% of the electricity powering our production processes is sourced from renewable, green energy sources. This achievement underscores our unwavering commitment to reducing our carbon footprint and fostering a more environmentally conscious approach to industrial operations.
However, our journey towards sustainability does not end here. As part of our ambitious sustainability agenda, we have set a bold target to elevate our green energy utilization to 50% by the culmination of 2025. These measures, aligned with our company ethos, reflect our ongoing dedication to refining processes and ensuring the comprehensive recycling of materials from inception to completion.

Since its inception, Pulvis has been synonymous with femininity. Few companies boast such a significant and ongoing contribution from women.
For decades, women have not only been integral to every artisanal process but have also held executive positions on equal footing with men. In 2023, Pulvis achieved a significant milestone: gender parity in its management, surpassing legal requirements.
